Racing League Online Enrollment for Edison, NJ

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS FIRST:

LEAGUE ENROLLMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This enrollment form is for the racing league at SUPERCHARGED ENTERTAINMENT OF EDSION, NJ.
  • Participants must be at least 4’10” [58”] tall.
  • All participants must meet the requirements for PRO Speed participation under General Policies & Requirements for League participation.
  • Participants must have a valid US driver’s license.
  • Participants must have a signed waiver on file. Minors must have a parent/guardian signed waiver on file.
  •  Any altering of the karts performance by any competitor will lead to a minimum 2-week suspension up to removal from the current or future league competition without refund.
  • Tire Blow Policy: All racers must come to a complete stop; timer will be paused until driver is set with replacement kart placed into starting position and completes first lap.
  • Transponder Policy: All racers must come to a complete stop; timer will be paused until driver is set with replacement kart placed into starting position and completes first lap.
  • Missed Heat Policy: If for any reason you miss your heat time (please note this is scheduled by best estimated time, but will be taken by heat number) you forfeit that racing heat. It will not be refunded or rescheduled for any reason.
  • Timing system will be started after the first kart released from the pit completes the warm-up lap.
  • Flag Policy: All racers must observe direction of flaggers. If a driver is observed disobeying a flagger’s instructions twice in one night, driver’s speed will be penalized for one lap at the flagger’s discretion.
  • Aggressive Driver Policy: Drivers seen bumping or exhibiting disrespectful behavior toward other drivers and/ or staff will be penalized up to removal from the current or future league competition without refund.

BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Online Bookings are non-refundable and may not be adjusted at the time of your visit. All Supercharged Entertainment policies and rules apply. All sales are final.
  • All products purchased are valid ONLY at Supercharged Entertainment of Edison, NJ.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all participants are eligible for participation prior to purchase. All sales are final.
  • Promotions, coupons, and discounts are not redeemable with any online purchase.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected, Supercharged Entertainment reserves the right to deactivate and withhold any online purchase pending verification of purchase and funds as legal activity.
