POLICIES & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

PARK POLICIES

All guests must complete a waiver prior to participating. Waivers must be verified for axe throwing and karting.

All guests under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Supercharged Entertainment reserves the right to require identification.

In order to consume alcoholic beverages, you must establish you are at least 21 years of age. You must have a valid ID card issued by a state or government agency containing your photograph and date of birth. Expired, cracked, altered, or damaged IDs cannot be accepted.

Supercharged Entertainment reserves the right to require any guest to vacate the premise for any reason, at any time, to preserve the safety and quality of experience for all guests.

No disorderly conduct allowed.

No smoking or vaping indoors. You must be at least 20 feet from any entrance outside.

No outside food or drink allowed.

Dress code must be followed at all times.

All sales are final.

All requirements must be met to participate in each activity.

All guests must comply with any posted rule or verbal instruction. Failure to do so may result in loss of participation privileges up to expulsion without refund.

You accept all risk by participating in activities. Only you know your own ability and limitations.

Do not participate if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant for designated activities.

DRESS CODE

Supercharged reserves the right to modify the dress code for any reason and without warning, including or due to local or seasonal conditions or special events.

PROHIBITED:

Hats, clothing, jewelry or visible tattoos with offensive language or imagery

Sunglasses, backpacks, oversized bags or purses

Exposed underwear or portions of the skin which may not be appropriate in a family setting, low riding pants or shorts

Any appearance of gang affiliation

Firearms

Weapons

Persons under the following conditions may be admitted at the discretion of management:

Persons wearing torn, ripped, or soiled clothing

TRACK POLICIES

BEFORE YOU RACE:

All participants must have a signed waiver on file.

Drivers must be at least 4’10” tall (58” or 1.5m).

All races (heats) that include semi pro and pro skill racers will drive at the speed safe for that race regardless of skill level. Racers participating in pro speed must be at least 15 years of age and meet minimum height requirement.

Recommended weight limit: 300lbs

Secure all hair over shoulder length and any loose clothing.

Guest supplied helmets must be pre-approved.

Flat closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required.

All participants are required to watch the Safety Briefing Video.

You accept all risk by participating in activities. Only you know your own ability and limitations. Do not participate if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.

If a team member has reasonable suspicion that a guest is under the influence of alcohol, said guest must submit to a breathalyzer test. Should the guest refuse to submit or should the test yield a value greater than 0.08, the guest will not be allowed to drive, and will not receive a refund.

No participant who is impaired in any way or who may pose an increased risk to themselves, or other participants will be allowed to participate. Hostility and rule breaking are not welcome. Anyone exhibiting hostile or aggressive behavior verbally, or otherwise will immediately be asked to leave without refund.

DURING YOUR RACE:

Never remove your helmet, seatbelt, or stand up in the kart unless instructed to do so.

Keep both hands on the wheel at all times during your race.

Once you leave the pit, your kart will increase in speed intervals without warning. Always remain in control of your kart.

Slower drivers must yield to faster drivers by moving to the right side of the track and allowing the faster driver to pass.

Use brakes on corners and as needed to always remain in control of your kart and slow down when necessary. We do not control your kart.

No unsafe driving will be allowed. Bumping or slamming into karts or barriers is prohibited and may result in penalties.

Obey all Track Fundamentals and signals from Track Marshals.

PATRON RESPONSIBILITY CODE:

No cell phones or similar devices, keys, hats, or personal belongings are allowed on the track.

Noncompliance may result in loss of driving privileges. All sales are final.

AXE THROWING POLICIES

BEFORE YOU THROW:

Participants must be at least 10 years of age.

AXE SAFETY:

Never touch the head of the axe, only the handle.

One axe per target.

No trick shots or underhand throwing. No twirling axes or flipping in your hand.

Do not pull axes out of target. Wiggle axe handle up and down to release.

LANE SAFETY:

Do not throw if no attendant is present.

Inform staff of any loose target pieces or broken axes.

Spectators are not permitted in the throw zone.

No axes allowed outside of lanes by patrons.

Only one person per throwing lane. Don’t throw unless lane is clear.

Never hand an axe to the next thrower.

Stay in the safety area unless it is your turn to throw.

No food or drink in the lane or throw zone.

DROP & TWIST TOWER RIDE POLICIES

Participants must be at least 3’6” [42”] tall and at least 4 years of age.

Children between 42” - 51” must be accompanied by an adult.

Recommended weight limit: 300lbs

All sales are final. Do not participate if you do not meet these requirements.

Waiver must be completed prior to participating.

Enter the ride slowly and carefully. Walk at all times.

Secure all hair over shoulder length and any loose clothing.

Seat restraint must fit securely to operate.

No food or drink permitted on ride.

No bags or purses permitted on ride.

Please make sure pockets are empty.

It is your responsibility to make certain everyone meets the requirements of all purchased activities.

You accept all risk by participating in activities. Only you know your own ability and limitations.
