TIME MISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All participants must have a signed waiver on file. Participate at your own risk.
  • Participants must be at least 6 years of age.
  • Participants age 6-13 must be accompanied by a participating, legal adult.
  • Flat closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are recommended for participating in any physical activity.
  • You accept all risk by participating in activities. Only you know your own ability and limitations. Do not participate if you have health limitations or injuries or sensitivity to flashing lights. Challenge rooms may have flashing lights and motion, along with loud noises.
  • No participant who is impaired in any way that may pose an increased risk to themselves, or others will be allowed to participate. Hostility and rule breaking are not tolerated. Anyone exhibiting hostile or aggressive behavior verbally or otherwise will be immediately asked to leave without refund and even face possible legal action.

BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Online Bookings are non-refundable and may not be adjusted at the time of your visit. All Supercharged Entertainment policies and rules apply. All sales are final.
  • All products purchased are valid ONLY at Supercharged Entertainment of Edison, NJ.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all participants are eligible for participation prior to purchase. All sales are final.
  • Promotions, coupons, and discounts are not redeemable with any online purchase.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected, Supercharged Entertainment reserves the right to deactivate and withhold any online purchase pending verification of purchase and funds as legal activity.
